TRAC Associates is currently seeking two efficient Project Coordinators to join our operations support team, looking after projects related to asbestos management. This role is office-based and will be assisting the Project Management team to deliver projects focussed on asbestos surveying and analystical works. This is an interesting and rewarding role that would suit someone who has an interest in the environment.
The role involves providing coordination of people, projects, clients, and onsite equipment. You will be responsible for the technical support of field staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements, and ensuring all field teams have the correct RAMS for each project. You will assist with planning the weekly whereabouts of the field-based staff, in the delivery and recording of all toolbox talks and team briefs. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Help to identify risks and opportunities, monitor project progress, and maintain project documentation and record keeping. Performs tasks and duties assigned by the Project Manager. Assists in performing QA checks, preparation of RAMS, and planning the weekly whereabouts of the field-based staff.
The role involves client liaison, arranging client meetings, and answering queries. You will coordinate office and site resources, equipment, and information. Assist in performing QA checks and ensures offices are kept clean and well maintained, escalates any issues to the Project Manager.
